We cannot, unfortuantly be held responsible for changes in encryption codes by satellite channels once cards have been supplied.

D&C will not be held responsible for channel closure.

If a product's price or information is listed incorrectly, we have to cancel any orders on that product. Product prices and specification are passed on to us by third parties and occasionally we are misinformed.

IMPORTANT:
Deliveries can only be made to the cardholder's address.
Adult viewing cards are posted in discreet envelopes.

If your product is damaged in transit, it is important that it is reported immediately.

  • All products carry a 12 month warranty unless stated
  • Faulty products can be returned within 14 days
  • Non defective refunded goods correctly supplied will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
  • Items must be packaged in the original packaging when returned with all the accessories that were in the original packaging
  • D&C will not refund damaged goods
  • Any FREE items must also be returned
