Role	Warranty Administrator
Dealership	Hadwins Volkswagen
Working hours	40 per week; 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary	£34,000 OTE

Key responsibilities:

Accurate process of vehicle warranty claims in accordance with guidelines and procedures
Submission of claims accurately and within strict deadlines
Monitor claims throughout their progress
Ensure accurate and appropriate documentation
Liaise with relevant team members throughout the process

Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally with an understanding of vehicle service and repair processes
Understanding of warranty processes and documentation
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with a methodical approach
