| Saturday 9:00am to 5.00pm & Sunday 12:00pm to 4:00pm (every other weekend off) |
| Salary: | £45,000 - £55,000 - OTE - DOE + Car

Information about the role:
- Responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of vehicle sales ensuring a smooth, compliant, and profitable process
- The link between the sales team, finance, admin, structuring deals efficiently, accurately, and compliantly
- A key role contributing to the customer experience, whilst balancing, volume and margin targets, profitability, and team management
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an automotive sales role, with a strong knowledge of motor trade sales processes, finance, and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing or coaching a sales team
- Commercial awareness, financial acumen, and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with customer focus and professionalism
- Proficient with dealer management systems, finance platforms, and other motor retailer systems and platforms
