Becoming a member of the team at Hadwins Motor Group is about far more than having extensive knowledge of the automotive industry. While such attributes are, of course, invaluable, we also believe that to become a valued part of the Hadwins ‘family’, you should be able to uphold the high standards we set and possess selected traits that are key to customer service. These traits include passion, friendliness, and responsibility. We believe our customers and our employees should be able to form lasting relationships that extend far beyond the act of owning a new or used car. As such, when it comes time to add to our team, our recruitment process looks to find candidates that possess these core attributes.
If you believe you have the suitable talents and virtues to join our ever-growing team of more than 130 employees, then please get in touch. You will work in a friendly and dynamic environment, receive a full induction and ongoing support and training to develop in your role. We recognise that happy and satisfied employees give excellent customer service. Staff benefits include a uniform (dependent on role), life assurance, company pension scheme and access to the Volkswagen/Audi staff car scheme (dependent on role).
