Role: Warranty Administrator

Dealership: Lake District Audi

Hours: Monday to Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £28k - £35k per annum OTE, depending on experience

Information about the role:
  • To submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis and monitor daily and weekly warranty reports, in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and within the required time scales
  • To ensure the correct application of the warranty and goodwill policy and procedure
  • Maximise profitability of all warranty submissions by reviewing job cards completed by colleagues and requesting alteration be made where appropriate
  • Accurate maintenance of all warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims, plus all associated warranty administration

  • What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Professional and highly organised
  • Previous warranty administration experience would be a great advantage, however, not essential as training will be provided
