Role:	Service Advisor
Dealership:	Lake District Audi
Hours:	40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
	8.00am until 5.00pm
Salary:	£35,000 OTE (once qualified)
Closing date:	16^th October 2024

Information about the role:

Responsible for customers during their service and aftersales visits
Exceed customer expectations in the provided customer care
To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
Respond to incoming service enquiries, making bookings where required
Maintain efficient communication with customers
Upselling where appropriate
Accurate maintenance of records

Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
Efficient, courteous and a can-do attitude
Professional and friendly approach
Full UK driving licence
