Hours:	Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
	1 hour lunch
Salary:	£28K - £32K OTE

Information about the role:

Responsible for Customers during aftersales visits, providing excellent levels of customer service
Booking customers in for maintenance and repair
Maintain excellent communication with customers, updating on the progress of their vehicle
Accurate maintenance of records and appropriate systems
Upselling where appropriate

What we’re looking for:

Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
Efficient, courteous and a can-do attitude
Professional and friendly approach, with a history of customer service
Full UK driving licence
