Information about the role:
- Responsible for customers during aftersales visits, providing excellent levels of customer service and rapport building
- Booking customers in for maintenance and repair
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, updating on the progress of their vehicle
- Accurate maintenance of records and appropriate systems
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
- Efficient, courteous and a can-do attitude
- Professional and friendly approach, with a history of customer service
- Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Full clean driving licence
